Today is declared anti AFSPA day by Amnesty International and some other organisations.we are posting a series of articles and reports on Armed Forces Special Powers Act.which legalises rapes and murders by army-men in North East.This is how the so called ‘Largest Democracy’ enforces its sovereignty on Manipur.
